Low tire / pressure warning light

A slow leak usually gives you time. Inflate to the door-placard pressure, watch whether it drops overnight, and get the puncture plugged at a tire shop.

Top it up and get it checked

A slow leak usually buys you time — inflate it and get to a tire shop within a day or two.

⚠️ Safety first

If the sidewall (not the tread) is damaged, don't drive — request a tire change or tow.

  1. 1Find the placard PSI inside the driver's door jamb.
  2. 2Inflate at a gas-station pump to that number.
  3. 3Recheck in the morning — if it dropped again there's a puncture.
  4. 4Look for a nail or screw head in the tread.
  5. 5Get it plugged at a tire shop soon.
