Download the driver app for Android
The app installs directly from this page — no Play Store needed. While TowGo is in pilot, downloads are limited to invited drivers: you'll verify your email with a one-time code, and only approved driver emails can continue. The link always serves the latest release.
Android 8.0 or newer. About 75 MB. iPhone support is on the roadmap — iOS drivers, email [email protected].
Need a tow or roadside help? You don't need an app.
This download is for TowGo drivers only. Customers book and track service right from the browser — nothing to install.
How to install
During the pilot you'll verify your email first, and because the app comes from our site instead of the Play Store, Android asks you to confirm a couple of extra prompts the first time. That's normal — here's the whole flow.

Verify your email
Tap the download button on your Android phone. You'll be asked for your email — use the one you gave the TowGo team, and enter the one-time code it receives. Only invited driver emails can continue; if yours is rejected, email [email protected].

Download & open the APK
The download starts after the code. If Chrome warns the file type can harm your device, tap Keep — that appears for every APK from outside the Play Store. Then tap the finished download in your notifications, or find towgo-driver-latest.apk in your Files app.

Allow the install
The first time, Android asks to allow installs from your browser. Tap Settings, switch on "Allow from this source", then go back and tap Install.

Play Protect check
If Google Play Protect shows a scan prompt, choose Install anyway (sometimes under More details). The app is signed by TowGo; Play Protect flags any app it hasn't seen in the Play Store.
Done — open TowGo Driver and sign in with your driver account. To update later, come back to this page and install the new download over the top; your sign-in and settings are kept.
