Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your TowGo account at any time. This form is available to customers, drivers, fleet managers, and shop owners.
What happens when you delete your account
- We disable your account within 24 hours of your request.
- After a 30-day grace period, your personal data is permanently deleted from our production systems.
- We retain a limited amount of transaction and legal records for as long as required by applicable law.
- Deletion is permanent. Once complete, we cannot restore your account, tow history, or payment methods.
