What you need to drive
Valid driver's license
With any endorsements your state requires for the trucks you'll operate.
Commercial insurance
On-hook and garagekeeper coverage that meets your state's minimums. We verify at onboarding and monitor for expiration.
Clean background check
TowGo runs a background check via a third-party vendor. Certain convictions are disqualifying — details in the driver terms.
A tow-capable truck
Flatbed or wheel-lift, in good working order. Must pass a photo inspection during onboarding.
A smartphone
iPhone or Android, running a modern OS. The driver app doesn't run on tablets.
Bank account for payouts
Direct deposit via Stripe. No prepaid cards.
