Request your first tow

Requesting a tow through TowGo takes under a minute. This guide walks you through the flow the first time.

Before you start

• Make sure location services are enabled for the TowGo app.
• Have a payment method ready — a card or Apple Pay / Google Pay works.

Steps

1. Open the TowGo app.
2. Tap Request a tow on the home screen.
3. Confirm your pickup location — drag the pin if needed.
4. Enter your destination or choose "Nearest shop."
5. Review the estimate and tap Confirm.

What happens next

Once you confirm, we notify nearby drivers. You'll see the accepted driver's ETA, name, truck, and live location on the map. You can message the driver in-app if you need to.
