Accept your first tow referral

TowGo routes customer tows to nearby partner shops based on service type, availability, and rating. Here's what happens when a referral comes in.

Referral flow

  1. A customer requests a tow that matches your shop's service capabilities.
  2. Your Shop Console shows a new referral banner.
  3. You have 5 minutes to accept or decline.
  4. On accept, the driver drops the vehicle at your shop and we open a work order for it in your dashboard.

What's included with a referral

  • Customer contact info.
  • Vehicle year/make/model and description of the issue.
  • Photos from the driver, when available.

After acceptance

You bill the customer directly for the repair work — TowGo only handles the tow portion. Invoicing tools are under Work Orders → Invoices.

Referral not showing up? Check your notification settings first, then reach out from Console → Support.
