1. Our Commitment

TowGo Marketplace LLC ("TowGo") is committed to making our websites and mobile apps usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

We aim for our Platform to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C.

We know we are not perfect. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we welcome your help in making the Platform better.

2. What We Have Done

  • Our marketing website and web portals are built with semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and visible focus states.
  • Interactive elements have accessible labels.
  • Color contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA in most places.
  • Images have alt text where they convey meaning.
  • Forms have labels and error messages that assistive technology can read.

3. Mobile Apps

Our iOS and Android apps support:

  • VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android) for screen reader users.
  • Dynamic Type (iOS) and font-size settings (Android) — text resizes with your system setting.
  • Voice Control and voice input for hands-free operation.
  • Reduce Motion — we honor the system setting.
  • High-contrast and inverted-color display modes.

4. Known Gaps

We are being honest — some parts of the Platform still need work:

  • Some third-party embeds (payment forms, maps) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working with the vendors on this.
  • Not every legacy help article has been reviewed against the standard yet.
  • Some in-app diagrams do not yet have text descriptions.

We are working on these. If you find something we missed, please tell us — see Section 6.

5. Alternative Ways to Reach Us

If the app or the website does not work for you, please use one of these alternatives:

  • Email[email protected]. We reply within 1 business day.
  • Phone / SMS — we can help you request a tow by phone or text. Call [email protected] and ask for the phone number for your area.

We will not charge you extra for using an alternative channel.

6. Tell Us About Problems

If you run into an accessibility problem, we want to know. Please email [email protected] with:

  • What you were trying to do.
  • Where you were (page URL or app screen).
  • What went wrong.
  • What assistive technology you were using, if any.

We will get back to you within 5 business days and let you know our plan to fix it.

7. Standards We Follow

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA for our websites and web portals.
  • Section 508 compliance for federal-facing content.
  • ADA Title III — we treat the Platform as a place of public accommodation.
  • Unruh Civil Rights Act (California) — we treat access to the Platform as a civil right.

8. Ongoing Review

We review accessibility as part of every major release, and we do a full audit at least once a year. We train our engineering team on accessibility basics.
