Cookie Policy

1. About Cookies
A "cookie" is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Cookies help websites remember who you are, how you use the site, and what you prefer.
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies TowGo Marketplace LLC ("TowGo") uses on its websites and web portals. Our mobile apps do not use cookies. They use similar technologies (such as local storage and analytics SDKs) — see our Privacy Policy for details on those.
2. Where We Use Cookies
- Our marketing website at gettowgo.com and its subdomains.
- Our Fleet Operator web console.
- Our Shop Partner web portal.
- Our Business Customer web portal.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the site to work. Without them, you cannot log in, keep a session going, or protect your account from cross-site request forgery. Examples: session ID, CSRF token, load-balancer routing.
You cannot turn these off. They do not track you across other sites.
3.2 Analytics
These cookies help us understand how people use the site so we can improve it. We use PostHog with IP anonymization. Analytics cookies do not identify you by name.
You may turn these off through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
3.3 Performance
These cookies help us measure how fast and reliable the site is. We use Cloudflare Analytics, which does not use tracking cookies for individual identification.
3.4 What we do not use
- We do not use advertising cookies.
- We do not use cookies to sell your information or to share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not allow third parties to place advertising cookies on our sites.
4. Your Choices
- Cookie banner — when you first visit the site, you can choose which cookie categories to allow. You can change your choice any time by clicking "Cookie Preferences" in the site footer.
- Browser settings — you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may break some features (for example, logging in).
- Global Privacy Control (GPC) — we honor GPC signals as an opt-out of non-essential cookies for California users.
- Do Not Track — many browsers still send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no widely-agreed standard for what it means, but we treat it the same as GPC where practical.
5. Third-Party Sites
Our site may link to third-party sites (Stripe, mapping providers, social media). Those sites have their own cookies and their own policies. This Cookie Policy does not apply to them.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we post the new version at /legal/cookie-policy and update the "Last updated" date.
